About Me

I am employed as a full time professional chef,

I make all of my own cakes in the evenings or at weekends.

​

I have been baking and designing cakes for around 25 years and

I have completed a City & Guilds course in Sugar Craft and Design.

​

As I work full time as a chef I am limited in how many cakes I can produce each week, but please ask as some weeks are quieter than others I endeavour to fulfil all requests.

 

I can deliver locally (Southampton) but 

 I do prefer cakes to be picked up if possible.

 

I work to most budgets so don't be afraid to ask how much a cake is going to cost.
 

I make many types of cake, small, large coloured and flavoured. 

I also do a variety of cupcakes and other bakes.

I enjoy the challenge of a new design.
